ONE FOOT IN FRONT
OF THE OTHER
Without sounding cliche, I consider myself immensely lucky.
I am afforded insight into the most kind, generous, and welcoming people I could have ever dreamt of meeting. I carry a bag with me. I walk around all day. I meet their friends and family. I see them express their love and gratitude. We part ways, and then I get to show them what I saw.
Sometimes, the beautiful girl I live with makes breakfast with me on the weekends.
Sometimes I think of where I'll be in 10 years and worry about it.
Sometimes I get on a plane, or in a car and take pictures of good people in love.
I am a wedding photographer who lives in New York and deeply loves his job.
& MY EDITING
My style falls distinctly into candid photo documentation and portraiture. My photos are captured with either minimal posing or no posing whatsoever. I feel like you shouldn't smile when you don't feel like smiling, and that people look best when they're "just being,"
My color takes cues from film, and both of the modern schools of editing: "Light and Airy", and "Dark and Moody." I believe my color is authentic, with just a touch of something special.
I'd like to imagine I'm doing something different, and I think it shows.
